Charitable Foundation “Obiknovennoe Chudo”
“Obiknovennoe Chudo” was first established as a charitable event in 2006 by the Tomsk television company TV-2. Two years later this traditional event gave rise to an independent organization — Charitable Foundation “Obiknovennoe Chudo”, its employees together with non-indifferent volunteers, donors and parents help families with seriously ill children.
During its existence the foundation provided help to more than 3 000 families with disabled children in Tomsk Region, millions of rubles of charitable donations were transferred to children under care of the Foundation.
In addition to targeted financial aid the Foundation operates several charity programmes aimed at social and physiologic adaptation and rehabilitation of families with disabled children. Schools for special children and their parents, sport clubs, drama group and eco-camp help children to have a full-fledged life to the greatest possible extent.

Charitable Foundation “RUSFOND”
Rusfond (Russian aid fund) is one of the largest charitable foundations of Russia today. It was established in 1996 as a charitable journalistic project. At the moment the foundation has 20 regional representative offices in Russia.
Mission of the foundation is saving seriously ill children, promoting development of civil society and implementation of high medical technologies.
Today the foundation systematically publishes requests for aid on pages of the newspaper “Kommersant” and on the website rusfond.ru, and on informational resources of 79 regional partner mass media organizations.
From 2011 the foundation develops a TV project “Rusfond” on Channel One, from the 2013 regional branches of the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company became partners of the foundation.
The foundation organizes aid events on days of national disasters. Rusfond provided aid to 118 families of sailors of the nuclear-powered submarine “Kursk”, 153 families of victims of explosions in Moscow and Volgodonsk, 52 families of Nord-Ost hostages, 100 families of Beslan victims.
The foundation was the winner of the national “Silver Archer Awards”, was awarded with a commemorative token «Miloserdie» No. 1 of the Ministry of Labour and Social Development of the Russian Federation for merit to the development of charity in Russia. Lev Ambinder, Head of “Rusfond”, is a member of the Presidential Council for development of civil society institutions and human rights.
